What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated prior experience working within Real estate companies operating in the Middle East, with a deep understanding of the local business environment, cultural intricacies, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry processes, practices, and trends to efficiently navigate challenges and drive operational excellence.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role within the Middle East market, with strong knowledge of regional property laws, cultural nuances, and real estate trends.
  • Thorough understanding of real estate sales, leasing procedures, property management, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple property listings, client queries, and site visits while meeting deadlines and targets.
