Company Overview

REEF Luxury Developments is known for crafting signature luxury communities across the UAE, including our patented Sunken Balconies and Winter Gardens. With high-exposure off-plan projects in the market, we are expanding our internal sales team with experienced developer-side professionals only.

Role Summary

We are hiring Relationship Managers with proven real estate sales experience at a developer in Dubai. This role involves managing high-quality leads, showcasing REEF projects, and guiding clients from enquiry to handover with full in-house support from marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into sales through presentations, tours, and follow-ups
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through final transaction
  • Represent REEF projects across marketing campaigns and broker networks
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM system and prepare weekly reports
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and support campaign-based outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and post-sales teams to deliver a smooth client journey

Requirements

  • 25 years of real estate sales experience at a Dubai-based developer
  • Only candidates with developer-side experience (including brokers who worked directly with/for a developer) will be considered
  • Strong understanding of off-plan and ready unit transactions
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus)
  • Driving license preferred
  • Highly presentable, target-driven, and client-focused
  • Must be currently based in the Dubai and available for interview within this week
