Job Title: Architectural/Interior/Structural/Landscape Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site inspections to verify that construction aligns with architectural drawings and specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
3. Identify design discrepancies or construction defects and recommend corrective actions.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
5. Maintain thorough documentation and generate detailed inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
