Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to management and offshore teams.
  • Coordinate logistics for offshore personnel, including travel, accommodation, and work schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Support onboarding and mobilization of offshore staff and contractors.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, security, and operational procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely communication and task completion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in the oil and gas industry, with offshore exposure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant industry systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
