About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager/Expansion Manager based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with educational institutions, a deep understanding of the local market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role will be pivotal in establishing MyClassboard's presence and achieving sales success in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the market entry strategy and execution for MyClassboard in Dubai.
  • Identify potential clients (schools, colleges, and universities) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular visits to educational institutions to understand their needs and present MyClassboard's solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward market penetration goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of Dubai's education sector.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, competition, and regulatory changes affecting the education industry.
  • Provide regular market insights and performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
