Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA/QC Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and be familiar with ISO standards. ADNOC experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes in accordance with ISO standards.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
3. Identify and report any non-conformities and work with project teams to develop corrective actions.
4. Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
5. Review and approve project documentation including quality plans, procedures, and specifications.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters.
7. Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and processes.
8. Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issues.
9. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements to existing processes.
10. Mentor and train junior QA/QC engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
4. Experience working with ADNOC is considered an advantage.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.
9. Valid professional certifications in quality control/assurance is preferred.
