Job Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels, such as social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to the target audience.
  • Create compelling and optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites, to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative tactics to keep the brand competitive.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries, enhancing brand reputation and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track and analyze marketing performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing web content for search engines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and a proven track record in growing social media presence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be beneficial for global outreach.
  • Job is based in Abu Dhabi. Microsoft Excel knowledge is important.
