Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer (Junior level) to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing advertising budgets, maximizing ROI, and driving high-quality traffic, engagement, and sales. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuously improving digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and performance targets.

Tasks / Duties:

  • Launch, lead, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Analyze audience insights to identify the best platforms and placements, ensuring efficient budget use.
  • Monitor, adjust, and enhance campaign performance to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are effective and visually appealing.
  • Manage the advertising budget effectively — allocate funds wisely to maximize ROI.
  • Generate reports that provide insights and tell the story behind the data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative strategies to innovate and improve results.
  • Set up and oversee tracking, attribution, and pixel tools to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years managing paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving high ROAS and optimizing campaigns for efficiency.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) for optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and platform integration.
  • Creative Ability: Capable of creating compelling ad creatives and testing new ideas.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present insights and strategies clearly to teams and clients.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple campaigns across platforms.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-oriented, and trend-aware.
