Key Responsibilities :

• Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs around the properties, such as drywall, flooring, and electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to provide efficient solutions.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and code requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a plumber / handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance techniques.
