Job description

Looking for Arabic Speaking candidates.

Role Responsibilities

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

  • Designing and maintaining governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO).
  • Policy creation and enforcement across IT operations.
  • Governance policy lifecycle management (design, review, enforcement, update).
  • Regulatory and standards compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, etc.).

Audit & Quality Management

  • Conducting internal/external audits and readiness assessments.
  • Implementing and managing quality management systems (QMS).
  • Driving ISO certifications (lead auditor role).
  • Document control and audit trail management.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Designing and tracking KPIs and SLAs for IT governance and compliance.
  • Developing dashboards and executive-level reporting tools.
  • Benchmarking governance performance against standards.

Process Optimization & Improvement

  • Process mapping and standardization (SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Lean, Six Sigma methodology (Black/Green Belt).
  • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation or optimization.
  • IT service management process improvements (based on ITIL).

IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools & Platforms

  • Working knowledge of tools such as:
  • ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell for incident, change, and problem management.
  • JIRA, Confluence for workflow governance.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for KPI dashboards.

Information Security Compliance

  • Familiarity with ISMS (Information Security Management Systems).
  • Implementing security governance aligned with ISO 27001.
  • Integrating risk management with security standards and audits.

Managed Services Oversight

  • Vendor performance evaluation tools and SLA tracking.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing service contracts.
  • Integration of vendor tools into in-house governance frameworks.

Change & Configuration Management

  • Governance around change requests, approvals, and tracking.
  • Configuration control (CMDB understanding).
