Job description

Essential Functions

  1. Primary on-site liaison between Securitas Security Services and client senior management.
  2. General Operations management; review post orders and recommend updates to corporate security; review daily log reports and provide pass downs as required; ensure officers meet company standards for quality of work; conduct site assessments to ensure Stellantis compliance and recommend improvements; ensure all tasks comply with company policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  3. Manage Human Resources functions including staff selection, performance reviews, attendance management, conflict resolution, scheduling, and staff training and retention.
  4. Review alarm system reports, compile exception reports, and forward to appropriate managers.
  5. Provide monthly security and safety activity reports to facilities and corporate security teams.
  6. Administer semi-annual review and updates of the security Emergency Response plan; monitor compliance with regulatory and fire safety requirements.
  7. Conduct monthly conference calls with account management; coordinate with other managers to meet service quality goals; participate in business planning and budgeting.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of experience in law enforcement, military, fire, or emergency management, or equivalent education and experience as determined by the company.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible security-related experience.
  • Knowledge of security operations including fire protection, hazardous materials, and workplace safety.
  • Skills in financial, legal, and HR administration.
  • Decisive action in emergencies; strong managerial, planning, organizational, and project management skills.

Competencies

  • Experience in law enforcement, military, or emergency management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze data, formulate action plans, and predict failures.
  • Effective team leadership; customer and results-oriented; capable of interacting across diverse cultures.

Working Conditions

  • Requires physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions, including maintaining composure, handling stressful situations, working overtime, and physical activities such as lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Must meet background and licensing requirements; may work in various environments, including inclement weather and potentially hazardous conditions.
