Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager member to make his/her mark in the Health Club. As a Health Club and Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all guests and members while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service
  • Be the first and last point of contact for guests and members of the health club.
  • Perform general reception duties including meeting and greeting guests and hotel members
  • Operate the point of sales system to ensure proper billing of services to guests and members for services rendered.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
  • Ensure that the Health Club is safe and hazard-free.
  • Maintain inventory and appearance of retail center.
  • Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the entire health club facility, including locker rooms, retail, reception, and lounge areas.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring checks and balances through all venues.
  • Communicate with guests and members using correct verbiage and standard protocols.
  • Responsible for projects as assigned by the manager.
