We’re recruiting a ‘Sales & Marketing Manager’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client :

Our client is a reputable FMCG company based in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality food and beverage products across the region. With a strong presence in the market, they cater to both retail and HoReCa segments, focusing on excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Their dynamic team and robust distribution network have helped them build long-standing relationships with key players in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  2. Analyzing targets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets its goals.
  3. Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  4. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  5. Implementing new sales plans and advertising strategies.
  6. Training and managing the sales team to meet sales objectives.
  7. Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  8. Developing and executing effective HORECA account-specific marketing and sales programs.
Requirements :
  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a relevant role within the FMCG sector, preferably in the food industry — minimum 4 years in the same role.
  2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the HoReCa sector at a managerial level.
  3. Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
