Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Visit businesses and offices across the UAE to introduce our accounting, audit, VAT, and tax services.
2. Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, finance managers, etc.).
4. Present service packages clearly and professionally.
5. Follow up with interested prospects and close deals.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
7. Maintain records of client visits, leads, and daily activities.
8. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
9. Represent the company positively during client interactions and networking events.
10. Provide market feedback and insights to improve services and sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in field/outdoor sales (any industry).
• Confident in approaching new clients and making cold visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting or business services is a plus.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in following up.
• UAE driving license preferred (own car is an advantage).
• Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice.
• No formal education required – experience and attitude matter most.
• Multilingual ability (English + Hindi/Arabic/Urdu) is a bonus.
