Job description

The Event Operations Coordinator will support the planning and execution of Media Land Group’s events across the UAE and the region. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing on-ground logistics while ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and activations under the Media Land Group portfolio.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor management, venue arrangements, equipment setup, staffing, and transportation.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documents including timelines, run sheets, and vendor schedules.
  • Support pre-event setup and on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations from load-in to load-out.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (Creative, Production, Marketing) and external partners.
  • Monitor health & safety compliance during event setup and live days.
  • Assist in post-event reporting, inventory tracking, and supplier evaluation.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to permits, supplier documentation, and operational reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in live events, exhibitions, or production.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
