Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

To drive sales, marketing, and business growth for dermatology-focused medical devices, equipment, and services by conducting market research, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Manage sales and marketing operations within the assigned territory.
    • Achieve and exceed business targets and sales budgets.
    • Promote and sell dermatology-related products and services.
    • Develop and execute business and key account plans in alignment with management direction.
    • Work on tender submissions and develop strategies to maximize win rates.
    • Conduct market intelligence to identify customer needs and opportunities.
    • Perform product demonstrations to customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
    • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and group presentations with target customers.
    • Segment and prioritize customers for optimal coverage and engagement.
    • Maintain a well-organized and updated customer database.
  3. Product & Market Expertise:
    • Stay updated with clinical data and product information.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
    • Gather insights to support strategic planning and brand development.
    • Identify and act on new market opportunities.
  4. Internal Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with business, engineering, and marketing teams.
    • Act as a facilitator for projects across departments.
    • Attend workshops and participate in sales training and refresher programs.
Duties:
  1. Perform regular sales calls and visits to promote solutions.
  2. Support and monitor marketing program implementation.
  3. Prioritize and execute business plans to exceed budget within timelines.
  4. Coordinate with QHSE and other departments on safety and compliance.
  5. Comply with all company QHSE policies and stop unsafe activities if observed.
