Job Title: Project Manager ERP Implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in ERP system implementation to lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ERP platforms and business processes. This role requires a results-driven leader capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving successful ERP deployments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello for effective project tracking.
  1. ERP System Expertise:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects for platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
  • Oversee ERP module integration, including finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, and CRM.
  • Manage data migration, API integrations, system configuration, and customizations.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and system architecture best practices.
  • Stay updated on ERP upgrades, migrations, and emerging trends.
  1. Business Process Optimization:
  • Analyze business workflows and align ERP solutions to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational goals.
  1. Communication and Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  1. Technical and Analytical Proficiency:
  • Oversee technical aspects of ERP implementation, including data mapping, API integration, and system architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Leverage analytical skills to evaluate project metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Work with database management tools and reporting systems as needed.
  1. Change Management:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of ERP systems.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize system utilization.
  • Address and manage resistance to change within the organization.
  1. Organizational and Time Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
