Position Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional in the digital transformation and GenAI domain looking to make a difference? Come join our team at Rules Cube as a Business Development Executive and be part of an exciting journey.

In this role, you will have a key role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies that unlock fresh business opportunities in your assigned region. Your main goal will be to focus on capturing large accounts, nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and skillfully converting them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company's goals. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts.
  2. Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions.
  3. Develop Rules Cube’s sales strategic plan.
  4. Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  1. Over 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions.
  2. Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clients.
  3. Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs.
  4. Being able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executives.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  7. Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them.
  8. Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business.
  9. Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  1. Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
