We're looking for a Business Development Manager who brings strategy, energy, and relationship-building skills to the table. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk job. You'll be forging partnerships, identifying new growth channels, and driving the kind of momentum that puts Capital Zone on the map, every single day. What You'll Do:

  • Assess clients financial status and property requirements to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage laws, central bank regulations, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and clients.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, pre-approvals, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive mortgage lead generation and revenue growth
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate agencies, developers, and financial institutions
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales in the financial or real estate sector
  • Strong network in the UAE real estate and banking industries
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skill
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • UAE driving license is a plus
