Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele-sales and Call Center Manager with 5 years of experience in the medical field, with Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. You will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new tele sales staff, designing and implementing strategies, and monitoring the performance of the tele-sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with managers to discuss tele-sales strategies.
  • Training junior tele-sales staff.
  • Provide feedback on sales activities, participate in ongoing sales training
  • Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Managing the tele-sales team and assisting junior staff.
  • Monitoring the performance of the tele-sales team.
  • Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints.
  • Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a tele-sales manager
  • Experience in a medical center, hospital, or a similar field
  • Strong managerial and sales skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
