Responsibilities
- Corporate Sales: Identify, target, and close sales with HR departments across the Middle East, demonstrating the value of Scaler's corporate upskilling solutions.
- Government Program Growth: Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase the number of participants in government-sponsored upskilling programs for Emirati nationals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and government officials, to maximize business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging your understanding of the Middle East market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to accelerate Scaler's growth in the region.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 15+ years of proven success in B2B sales and business development, with a significant track record in the Middle East, preferably within the corporate training or HR solutions sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the corporate training landscape and HR practices in the Middle East.
- Local Network: Extensive network of contacts within HR departments and government entities in the Middle East.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability or strong potential to build and lead a successful sales team.
