DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role

Join us at Exclusive Networks as our META Senior HR Business Partner, a crucial position focused on supporting and collaborating with the Regional Management Team to enhance and execute our HR strategies. We seek an experienced leader with a strong personality, ready to support regional growth and make a significant impact.

You will oversee a broad range of HR programs, ensuring their effective development and implementation. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager of META, you will be a key driver in cultivating an inclusive culture and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Act as a strategic partner to META leadership teams across countries, guiding talent development, employee relations, and performance management strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders from Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, and regional teams.
    • Lead change management efforts, advise on compensation structures, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
    • Drive recruitment strategies and participate actively in talent acquisition.
    • Advise employees at all levels, fostering growth and inclusion.
    • Manage and analyze HR data for strategic decisions, including headcount and salary budgets.
  2. Global HR Project Management:
    • Collaborate with the EMEA HR Director and Core HR team to align HR strategies with business objectives across the META region.
    • Develop and implement performance and talent review processes.
    • Oversee HR programs, evaluating their effectiveness and relevance.
    • Conduct market and talent analyses to inform HR strategies.
    • Assess and enhance HR initiatives based on data and market conditions.
  3. Administrative and Legal Oversight:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage union relations.
    • Oversee HR administrative functions, supporting strategic and operational needs.
    • Innovate to improve administrative processes and HR experience.
    • Supervise back-office operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Experience working with and challenging senior management and HR stakeholders.
  • Strong change management skills across diverse cultures and units.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills to align HR with business goals.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing HR programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure success and resolve issues.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L responsibilities, to ensure cost-effective HR initiatives.
  • Payroll expertise for efficient, compliant payroll management.
  • Extensive recruitment support experience.
