Roles and responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruitBusiness Development Managers to fill the positions in Dubai,Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi region. The successful candidateswill be responsible in exploring new business opportunities,developing the business portfolio and other related activities.Also, the position has the responsibility of generating andmaintaining business consistent with efficiency and a high standardof customer service.
What youwill do:
- Identifying sales leads / researchingorganizations and individuals to find newopportunities.
- Contacting potential clients toestablish rapport and arrange businessmeetings.
- Promote the company products/servicesaddressing or predicting client'sobjectives.
- Prepare sales contract/documentsensuring adherence to company rules andguidelines.
- Managing and retaining relationshipwith new and existing clients.
- Managing recordsof sales, revenue, invoices, and other importantdata.
- Developing ways to improve customerexperience by providing trustworthy feedback and after-salessupport.

What equips you forthe role:
- Bachelor's degree in businessor related field.
- Candidates with prior outdoorsales experience in the field of insurance or financial servicesincluding banks with similar job responsibilities would bepreferred.

- Successfulcandidates will be offered a fixed salary plus commission or fullcommission.

- Networking:Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to build anetwork of potential clients, industry professionals, andstakeholders.
- Negotiation:Engaging in negotiations with clients and partners to agree onterms, pricing, contracts, and partnershipagreements.
3. Salesand RevenueGeneration
- SalesStrategy Development: Developing and executingstrategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes settingpricing strategies, targeting specific customer segments, andcreating tailoredsolutions.
- Sales PipelineManagement: Overseeing and managing the salespipeline, ensuring prospects are effectively converted into clientsand projects.
- ClosingDeals: Leading the effort to close deals andcontracts, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both the companyand the client.
4.StrategicPlanning
- BusinessPlanning: Developing and implementing businessstrategies that align with the company’s overall goals,vision, and mission.
- MarketExpansion: Identifying new markets and opportunitiesfor expansion, both geographically anddemographically.
- Partnerships andAlliances: Creating and managing strategicpartnerships and alliances with other companies to increase marketreach and revenue.
5.Marketing andBranding
- BrandAwareness: Working with the marketing team topromote the company’s products or services, enhance brandvisibility, and generate interest from prospectiveclients.
- PromotionalStrategies: Creating promotional campaigns,presentations, and other marketing materials to attract potentialclients.
- CustomerInsights: Gathering feedback and insights fromclients and the market to improve the company’s offeringsand adjust marketing strategies.
