Job Title: Senior Associate – Construction Disputes

A top-tier international law firm, renowned for its expertise in the construction sector and with multiple offices across the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to join its construction disputes team in Dubai.

Role Overview:

This position is primarily focused on contentious construction matters, with some exposure to non-contentious/project work. The successful candidate will join a market-leading team that advises a diverse client base, including contractors, energy companies, and government entities. The team handles a broad spectrum of disputes arising from energy, infrastructure (airports, rail, and road), and real estate development projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on complex construction disputes, particularly those involving arbitration.

Handling matters related to major infrastructure and energy projects.

Supporting clients across the full lifecycle of construction-related disputes.

Collaborating with team members across the firm’s international offices.

Providing some support on non-contentious/project advisory work as required.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in construction and infrastructure disputes, with a strong focus on arbitration.

Prior experience advising clients in the energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors is highly desirable.

Regional experience in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
