8 or more years experience within the Cruise Industry, Travel or Leisure Industry
5 or more years in a management / leadership capacity.
Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent)

You’ll Have An Edge If You Have

Experience of working within a multinational / multicultural environment.
Experience in the Cruise, travel or leisure industry.
In-depth, first-hand knowledge of the functions of a Destination Management Company (DMC).
Ability to deliver results with a proven record of consistent achievement of KPI’s and sales / revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to exercise judgement and decision making in the promotion of travel related services.
Knowledge of UAE, its ports and excursion products is an advantage.
