Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage concierge operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery to clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure all concierge services align with business goals and client expectations.
- Work closely with business setup consultants to support company formation processes.
- Resolve conflicts effectively, using strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to client requests and services.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Uphold high standards in appearance, client interaction, and work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience, with a strong background in concierge, executive support, or client relationship management.
- Experience in the business setup or freezone industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance standards and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of business operations and freezone systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
