The project:

This involves a large mixed-use development including commercial and high-end residential communities, along with infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Project Controls Manager will oversee all project controls aspects, including planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management. Responsibilities include leading project controls efforts, monitoring progress, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements to cost and schedule performance.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Proven leadership in PMO and project controls on complex construction projects.
• Experience setting up PMO and controls frameworks, audits, and strategies.
• Knowledge of risk management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, RiskHive).
• Ability to manage activities with high uncertainty.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting PMO and controls services within construction or management consultancy sectors.
• APM PPC certification or equivalent.
• Progress towards chartered status or membership in a professional institution.
