At Al Ghurair, we’re reimagining urban transportation through ZED Mobility—our bold venture in the e-hailing sector. As we expand our national footprint, we are hiring a Senior Manager – Supply Relations to spearhead the acquisition and engagement of Taxi and Limo suppliers. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals with a strong field presence, partner management skills, and the ability to scale supply-side operations rapidly and sustainably.

What you’ll do?

• Define and execute a robust acquisition strategy to onboard the majority of Taxi and Limo fleets in the country.
• Actively lead field visits and partner meetings to drive acquisitions and resolve challenges on the ground.
• Manage contract negotiations, documentation, and ensure fast, seamless partner onboarding.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Support teams to ensure supplier SLAs are met, including timely payments and quick issue resolution.
• Track and improve supplier performance and fleet contribution using structured data insights.
• Drive supplier satisfaction through consistent engagement and targeted retention initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a growing team to build accountability and operational excellence.

Key Performance Measures:

• Number of new Taxis and Limos onboarded
• Supplier NPS (Net Promoter Score) and satisfaction levels
• Acquisition conversion rate
• Time-to-go-live for new suppliers
• Supplier retention and engagement metrics
• Timely resolution of supplier payments
• Supplier contribution to trip volume

Who You Are?

• 6–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably in mobility or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead partner onboarding and relationship management at scale.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and field execution skills.
• Proven track record in managing operational complexity and cross-functional coordination.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment with direct on-ground engagement.
• Experience in managing teams and cultivating a high-performance culture.
