We're Hiring: Healthcare Project Managers & Coordinators (UAE Experience Only)

We're looking for experienced, hands-on project managers and coordinators to join uson a part-time or full-time basisas we build and execute market entry projects for international clients across healthcare.

You must be a doer, not just a planner. We're looking for people who've personally worked through the steps of setting up, licensing, and operating healthcare companies or facilities in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare facility or health business setup (licensing, registration, staffing, etc.)
• Deep familiarity with UAE regulations (especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates)
• Hands-on execution experience with at least one of the following:
• DOH Abu Dhabi, DHA Dubai, or MOHAP Northern Emirates
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of product registration (pharma, diagnostics, or biomedical devices) is a plus
• UAE-based, fluent in English (Arabic a bonus)
• Available for immediate freelance/contract or full-time work
