Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Gather and analyze financial data from various brands and departments, ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and consolidate financial data.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing trends and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of audit schedules for financial statements.

Conduct financial and non-financial performance analysis to evaluate business health.

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting quality.

Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.

Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.

Education: University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

Certification: ACCA, CPA, CA preferred.

Experience: 3-4 years in a related business.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

Software: Proficient in MS Office, SQL/Python, Power BI, and knowledge of SAP/Oracle and other accounting software.
