Job description

We are currently recruiting for a reputed brand of nurseries in the UAE, a Administration Officer, to manage the day-to-day admin for the nursery.

Location:

Abu Dhabi

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with all Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
  2. Follow established Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  3. Manage the Family app administration, including inputting and updating child, parent, and staff records, fees structure, academic calendar, and other information.
  4. Maintain general filing, ensuring all children have up-to-date registration records, contact details, and ID documents, with assistance from the secretary.
  5. Manage the ESIS Emirates ID record system for all students and parents. Assist the PRO with administrative requests and support the Nursery Manager with inspection admin for ADEK.
  6. Record incidents and playback CCTV footage as part of CCTV administration.
  7. Ensure all third-party contracts are current and properly filed.
  8. Assist with designing and maintaining all administration documents, including registration forms, rotas, checklists, and timetables.
  9. Produce and distribute invoices and receipts to clients.
  10. Handle payment collection and record keeping in collaboration with the head office accounts department and Nursery Manager.
  11. Prepare monthly staff salary and attendance sheets for approval by the Nursery Manager.
  12. File staff leave requests following Nursery Manager’s approval.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  2. Working knowledge and understanding of early childhood development and education is desirable.
  3. Excellent administration and IT skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAGE accounting software.
