We are currently recruiting for a reputed brand of nurseries in the UAE, a Administration Officer, to manage the day-to-day admin for the nursery.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures.
- Follow established Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage the Family app administration, including inputting and updating child, parent, and staff records, fees structure, academic calendar, and other information.
- Maintain general filing, ensuring all children have up-to-date registration records, contact details, and ID documents, with assistance from the secretary.
- Manage the ESIS Emirates ID record system for all students and parents. Assist the PRO with administrative requests and support the Nursery Manager with inspection admin for ADEK.
- Record incidents and playback CCTV footage as part of CCTV administration.
- Ensure all third-party contracts are current and properly filed.
- Assist with designing and maintaining all administration documents, including registration forms, rotas, checklists, and timetables.
- Produce and distribute invoices and receipts to clients.
- Handle payment collection and record keeping in collaboration with the head office accounts department and Nursery Manager.
- Prepare monthly staff salary and attendance sheets for approval by the Nursery Manager.
- File staff leave requests following Nursery Manager’s approval.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge and understanding of early childhood development and education is desirable.
- Excellent administration and IT skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAGE accounting software.
