Job Description

The Associate Location Planner is responsible for in-market execution of departmental inventory strategies to maximize sales forecasts in the Middle East region. Responsibilities include data entry, coordination with cross-functional partners, and various planning projects, providing broad experience in inventory management and logistics.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Managing Director of Middle East.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Leverage regional market knowledge to provide sales forecast guidance and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Review store forecasts, recommend actions to maximize traffic peaks and holidays, and mitigate forecast volatility.
  • Optimize inventory across Middle East stores to meet brand, gender, and department stock goals.
  • Collaborate with EMEA HQ teams to maximize inventory efficiency across regions and channels.
  • Develop and execute region-specific inventory liquidation plans.
  • Translate business insights into future season forecast and inventory strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional stores, supply chain, logistics, and trade partners.
  • Visit store locations and provide feedback on in-store experience opportunities.
  • Implement region-specific item and size strategies from pre-season to in-season.
  • Guide on new store setup, including third-party execution.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience; Business Administration degree preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • At least 2 years of retail planning experience.
