Position: Field Sales Specialist

The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding existing A&B accounts through equipment and service rental sales. This role involves driving pipeline growth, prospecting new opportunities, and partnering with account managers to identify and propose winning equipment and rental options. The position requires travel across GCC and Africa.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Energy+ Direct Sales Department, based in United Arab Emirates. It is an on-site role covering all GCC and Africa regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to current or potential A&B customers, developing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategies that address customer needs and secure sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close orders, understanding customer willingness to pay and sale terms.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Expand business in existing accounts by building relationships and increasing visibility into filtration needs.
  • Identify high-value opportunities for growth and support strategic development.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in providing products/services to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sectors, or relevant engineering experience seeking to sell equipment/services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, or equivalent experience). Cultural understanding of GCC required.
  • Proficient in reporting opportunities and strategies using sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Travel & Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel 50% within GCC and Africa, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 12 kg.
Preferred Additional Experience:
  • Experience creating customer profiles and SWOT analyses.
  • Prior experience with sales funnel management tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience in filtration and separation industries is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license with an acceptable record.
