Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our upscale lounge and dining establishment. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest service, manage staff performance, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for restaurants, and a deep understanding of lounge culture and food beverage trends.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day lounge and dining floor operations Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high service standards Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management of front-of-house staff Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of beverages and supplies Implement cost control measures to optimize food, beverage, and labor expenses Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Plan and execute promotional events and lounge activations Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance

Qualifications
