Job description

PurposeImplement the human resource management initiatives of the division to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, employee compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibility Areas

Driver Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified truck drivers, ensuring alignment with company requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies, generate leads for drivers for future replacement to attract suitable candidates for driver positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer letters for truck drivers & Other blue collars positions.
  • End to end onboarding process for blue collars
  • Medical Insurance addition for new joiners & deletion for exit employee.
  • Update new joiners details time to time in the oracle.

Incident Handling:

  • Address and manage incident cases involving Arabic-speaking drivers, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies.
  • Investigate incidents, gather relevant information, and provide appropriate recommendations or actions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all incident cases for reporting and follow-up.

Candidate Evaluation:

  • Conduct interviews with truck drivers to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process, including medical tests, driving tests, and document verification.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of driver recruitment, interviews, incidents, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular recruitment and incident reports to the management team.
  • In the absence of your colleague, you will cover up their responsibilities as well.
