Responsibilities

The TikTok MENA Content Operations team is responsible for driving the supply of diverse & high-quality content on the platform by building close relationships with relevant creators and publishers in these countries. The program team creates locally relevant programs (editorial or product programs, tentpoles, events) and localizes global initiatives to cultivate a healthy and vibrant community, engage top publishers & creators, and drive product adoption. TikTok Content Ops collaborates cross-functionally with teams (Product, Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Monetization) to achieve the company's objectives in these markets and serve as the local expert for global teams.

  1. Develop, support, and execute end-to-end programs (e.g., tentpole campaigns, long-term content initiatives, partnership programs) focused on large-scale participation, ecosystem growth, and product adoption from publishers and creators.
  2. Localize and implement regional and global content programs by tailoring activations to cultural contexts, partnering with local teams, and driving engagement through community-building and owned campaigns.
  3. Ensure operational excellence by deploying in-app tools to promote product adoption and partner success, monitoring and localizing programs to regional goals, and mitigating risks through trend analysis.
  4. Track program performance by analyzing metrics against goals and making real-time adjustments to optimize success and meet KPIs.
  5. Provide market insights by collecting local data, informing program adaptations, and sharing recommendations with regional and central teams to enhance decision-making.
  6. Foster cross-functional collaboration by maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in program management, operations, market insights, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional trends.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Figma, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with a proactive, growth mindset.
