Job Summary

The Agency Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing and events with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand clients needs and provide tailored social media marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the agency.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency.
