We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Property Management

Reports To: Landlord/Administrative Officer

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Haniwells Energy LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our property management operations. If you are detail-oriented, communicative, and efficient in handling administrative and tenant-related tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries

Schedule property viewings, inspections, and handle service requests

Maintain lease agreements, rent payment records, and security deposit logs

Assist with rent collection, receipt issuance, and expense tracking

Coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure property upkeep

Support general office duties, including calls, emails, and document handling

Ensure compliance with property regulations and support legal documentation

Qualifications:

Experience in property management or administrative roles is a plus

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and property management tools)

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Professional, discreet, and proactive in managing multiple tasks

Office-based role in Business Bay, with occasional property visits
