About the role :

We are looking for a skilled HC Data Architect to establish a comprehensive Data Management Tower. This role will design and implement scalable data infrastructure supporting compliance, privacy, governance, quality, analytics, and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a secure, scalable data warehouse.
• Create centralized repositories for ad-hoc queries, reporting, and dashboards.
• Integrate data from HC systems using SAP CPI and other platforms.
• Lead ETL processes ensuring accurate data transformation and storage.
• Define data governance and quality management practices.
• Build interactive dashboards for advanced reporting and decision-making.
• Embed analytics and predictive modeling capabilities into HR data architecture.

Technical & Functional Competencies :

• Strong expertise in data warehousing, governance, security, and privacy.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Deep understanding of SAP CPI integration for HR systems.
• Proficient in ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica, Talend).
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, preferably in HR data environments.
• Deep knowledge of data compliance and privacy standards.
• Expertise in dashboard design and data visualization.
• Certifications in data management / architecture (preferred).
