- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvements
- Preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, especially in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
