Job description

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvements
- Preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, especially in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (e.g., Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries)
2. Setting up network and transportation configurations (NDC)
3. Developing fulfillment experience (FX) charters across emerging markets
4. Managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
5. Undertaking cost and speed improvement projects
6. Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to establish processes and drive improvements in existing fulfillment
7. Presenting to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2. 3+ years of experience driving process improvements
3. Stakeholder management experience with various organizational levels
4. Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling
