About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to lead our social and influencer marketing strategies across our portfolio companies, ranging from Cryptocurrency to SaaS, Cyber Security, and more.
You will :
- Develop and execute innovative channel strategies integrating organic social media and influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of channel-specific initiatives aligned with our brand values and shared OKRs.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for each channel, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
- Mentor and support the Venture Social Media team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies and insights to refine strategies.
- Drive creativity and quality in all communications, ensuring authenticity and impact.
- Build strategic alliances with external partners to amplify our brand message and reach diverse audiences.
- Oversee Disrupt.com’s social media strategy across all platforms.
- Create compelling content for campaigns, working closely with influencer narratives.
- Maintain a strong online presence and monitor brand reputation on social media.
- Manage online communities to ensure respectful engagement.
- Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Develop and execute a social media calendar for all brands.
- Manage in-house social media resources and external agencies for unified output.
What you need for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in brand communications, social media management, or public relations, with a successful track record in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with creativity in storytelling.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and successful campaign development.
- Extensive PR knowledge, including media relations and crisis management.
- Experience in influencer marketing with clear KPIs.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic industry.
