What you'll do:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
  • Monitor suppliers performance, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, compliance, and service standards
  • Resolve disputes or escalations with suppliers regarding rider availability, performance, and payments
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of a reliable and well-trained delivery workforce
  • Ensure timely deployment across all required locations based on business demand
  • Track and analyze suppliers performance metrics
  • Ensure all suppliers comply with local labor laws, company policies, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on suppliers to maintain operational excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and improve supplier and rider performance
  • Generate reports on vendor performance, rider productivity, and key operational KPIs

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, logistics, or delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or last-mile logistics
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
