Senior Analyst Capacity Planning (Terminals)

Our Corporate Planning team creates strategies to ensure agility in a fast-evolving industry.

What You'll Deliver

• Provide analytical and modelling support for terminal capacity analysis and planning processes at Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports, including landside and airside areas.
• Support the Terminal Capacity team to promote facility development with relevant delivery teams, ensuring capacity is ahead of demand to support Dubai's aviation growth.
• Analyze terminal capacity for airport processes, circulation, passenger populations, and movement activities at both airports. Develop facility requirements aligned with traffic forecasts and service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customer propositions, feed into capacity and master planning, and maintain simulation data and models for future planning.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within a strategic or planning environment in an airport or transport organization.
• At least 2 years experience developing and using simulation models (e.g., CAST or similar tools).
• Knowledge of working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience leading quantitative research projects from problem definition to presentation of results.
