About the job:

We're partnered with a premium life insurance company with a select portfolio of clients whose policies range from millions to billions. This is not a corporate role. You'll work hands-on, fast-paced, and right next to the decision-maker, helping scale and enhance the brand's identity across every channel.

You're a storyteller and strategist in one someone who's worked with entrepreneurs, understands personal branding, and can bring a CEO's voice and vision to life across social media, podcasts, seminars, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the executive leadership

- Develop, scale, and refine our brand identity and messaging

- Script writing, content research, and presentations for CEO-led meetings, speeches, seminars, podcasts

- Social media strategy and content collaboration

- Establish and manage a remote creative team (content writers, growth hackers, video editors)

- Coordinate with external agencies for design and production

- Drive brand awareness, growth strategy, and leadership storytelling

- Strategic Messaging

- Thought Leadership & Public Presence

- Media & PR Coordination

- Internal Culture Alignment

- Reputation & Risk Management

- Direct CEO Collaboration

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience, ideally working closely with brand strategy with senior leadership (C-level)

- A strategic, creative mind who can operate without a playbook

-Personal branding expertise, with strong stakeholder management skills

- Prior work with founders or entrepreneurs

- Able to own the brand like it's your own

- Familiar with content writing, branding guidelines, growth marketing, and basic design & production processes

- Experience working in fast-paced, agile teams

- A deep understanding of personal branding and executive presence
