Job Description

The Senior Pres-sales Engineer is a key role reporting directly to the Pre-sales Manager. Based in Dubai, you will be part of a growing team responsible for driving business growth in Building Technology and Solutions.

As a Senior Pres-sales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team on technical and commercial proposals. You will utilize your experience to support pre-sales and estimation activities, ensuring the most optimized solutions are proposed.

How you will do it
  1. Validate assumptions during solution design, estimates, and scope of work in coordination with operations.
  2. Provide technical risk analysis for complete solutions.
  3. Participate in transition meetings with the Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timelines, and customer requirements are properly addressed.
  4. Perform on-site data collection at customer facilities as needed.
  5. Support post-contract design reviews.
  6. Develop multiple solution components.
  7. Maintain strong customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Pre-Sales/Estimation of Physical Security systems (IP surveillance, Access control systems, etc.).
  • Result-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adaptable to various personalities and work styles.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Good analytical skills.
