You have extensive experience in arts administration or cultural management within galleries and museums, with a deep understanding of exhibition planning, artwork management, loans, and logistics. Highly organized and collaborative, you work effectively with teams to streamline workflows and ensure high-quality execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Founded in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels, L’ÉCOLE – School of Jewelry Arts offers an exclusive program, revolving around three main themes: savoir-faire, history of jewelry, and the universe of gemstones.

Reporting to the L’ÉCOLE Development Manager, you will ensure the operational management and smooth running of local exhibitions of L’ÉCOLE Middle East, and contribute to the growth and animation of the local network of lenders. To that extent, you will:

  • Contribute to actions related to exhibitions such as inventory, coordination of mounting and demounting of exhibitions, planning and contractors management, maintenance follow-up, etc.
  • Benchmark museums, exhibitions, and events in the Middle East region, identify and propose local exhibition opportunities, and ensure their local adaptation.
  • Guarantee the condition and safety of the pieces displayed by L’ÉCOLE in the context of local exhibitions: packaging, transportation, handling conditions, preventive conservation, insurance, etc.
