Location:Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | On-site

MEDCON, a leading healthcare consultancy and communication agency, is seeking a highly efficientAdmin Coordinator & Executive Assistantto provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive assistance to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation as required
  • Organize and support company meetings, workshops, and client engagements
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are efficient and well-documented
  • Support HR and finance teams with logistical and clerical tasks when needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role within the UAE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude are essential
