We are looking for a MENA Marketing specialist who is strong crypto industry, with strategic thinking and an understanding of local markets. This person will develop localized marketing promotion plans for the areas under their jurisdiction based on the platform's overall market strategy. They will work closely with the platform's marketing department to enhance brand influence and user acquisition efficiency in the region, taking full responsibility for the company's brand building, user growth, and market operations in the area.

Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop localized marketing strategies for the Middle East based on the company's global brand strategy.
  • Create marketing promotion plans to enhance brand awareness, user trust, and local user engagement.

2. Brand Building and Promotion

  • Responsible for brand building in the Middle East, including media relations, social media, content operations, and online/offline events.
  • Manage and develop relationships with local KOLs, media, and community partners.

3. Lead Online and Offline Activities

  • Organize and lead both online and offline events in the Middle East to enhance KOL loyalty and local visibility.

4. User Growth and Retention

  • Plan and execute user growth activities, including registration, deposits, and transaction-related operations.
  • Optimize user acquisition and conversion paths using user behavior and data analysis.

5. Market Research and Local Insights

  • Conduct regular market research, gather user feedback, analyze competitor dynamics, and provide strategic optimization recommendations.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of local culture, religion, and language habits to ensure highly localized brand activities.

6. Content and Communication Management

  • Manage social media accounts for the Middle East market (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with translation and content teams to produce high-quality localized copy, videos, and graphic materials.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, operations, business development, and customer service teams to drive localized product launches, event execution, and brand promotion.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Media, International Relations, or Finance.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic or English, multi-languages speaking ability is preferred
  • Experience: Over 3 years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the Middle East cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain industries. Candidate without direct marketing experience in these industries will not be considered.

Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, particularly in GCC countries.
  • Familiarity with local social media platforms, media landscape, and user preferences.
  • Comprehensive skills in brand building, event planning, and channel development.
  • Strong self-motivation, execution ability, resilience under pressure, and team collaboration spirit, with willingness to travel.
