Job Description
Role: Portfolio Relationship Manager - Priority Banking Division: Retail Banking
Responsibilities:
- Client/Business Acquisition: Generate new business through marketing activities, contacts at the gold center, and existing networks. Acquire new to bank customers and identify potential expansion locations.
- Channels Cooperation: Collaborate across channels to enhance service delivery and sales opportunities.
- Management of Service Delivery: Maintain high service standards remotely, monitor customer satisfaction, and involve personally in complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiries.
- Control and Risk Mitigation: Evaluate clients' risk profiles, make referrals based on customer needs, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Review credit applications and identify error trends to improve processes.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge:
- University degree or recognized professional certificate.
- Minimum of three years' experience in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.
- Experience in sales, product development, or wealth advisory for priority banking clients/retail HNIs.
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- UAE Financial Rules & Regulations Certification.
- International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3).
- Leadership experience managing a team of professionals.
- Strong training, presentation, and computer skills.
