Job Description

Previous experience working on Data Centre and/or large projects is essential. The successful applicant will have good project management skills along with a good understanding of multi-disciplined projects.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ideally hold a recognized qualification related to MEP and/or Design Management.
2. Have at least 8 years of experience working in a multi-disciplined environment.
3. Possess good knowledge of construction and MEP systems, preferably related to critical systems and infrastructure.
4. Be highly experienced in delivering high-quality project management that meets client satisfaction.
5. Have a good knowledge of MS Office and ACAD (preferable), along with other software related to project management.
6. Be able to fully develop and manage the end-to-end management process related to data center design.
7. Be highly competent in managing project issues to successful closure.
8. Capable of delivering projects within set design and quality criteria, adhering to cost constraints.
9. Demonstrate the ability to develop programs and trackers for design works.
